Taking some time off for a hand surgery (Yuck!). Too much crafting..... I've made several new fun goodies, knowing it may be a few weeks before I can used my hand for hooking, knitting, and painting. I'll share those later. In the meantime, here's a few shots from around the house and garden. The weather has cooled and the feel of late summer and early fall is in the air.

Dulcy,
Hope you heal up quickly! If you are feeling like an outing on Saturday, perhaps you can run by the FM store with me and see if you see any options for the chair slipcover.
Love the kitty pics!
Sorry you're having to go through this but it will probably allow you to go on hooking well into your loo's. Love, as usual, your pics....especially the crepe myrtle outside your studio door. Take care & heal fast. Jan
Too bad Iris is so insecure. Ha Ha Ha. Next time I visit I might just have to steal her away! Best of luck with the hand surgery. After a bit you will be good as new and ready for a long winter of creativity. Keep us posted. A.
Dulcy,
Hope your hand surgery is successful and you will be back creating in no time!
Your crepe myrtle is fabulous by your studio door...... it must be so inspiring to see it in bloom everyday! Take care and let us know how you are doing!!
Hugs!

that first shot sort of takes
my breath away
....that willowy fabric
draped soft over little table,
the beauty of wood and yellows
and golds and the amazing colors
of your life.
Gorgeous.
peace and patience as you
recover from surgery.
i'll be thinking beautiful thoughts
for you
as you mend:)
