Finally Some Background!

I'm having a lot of fun with this rug! Usually, by the time I get to the background, I'm more than ready to put up the hook for awhile. But this rug has been very stimulating for me, and I think I'll miss working on it when it's done.

I love how you incorporate the fox into these rugs, is there a special meaning behind it...he seems so willy-nilly...very cool!

awwwhhh! Beautiful! You've been busy this weekend haven't you? I missed you. I am really hoping we don't have school tomorrow. I want to work on the one for mom.

This is wonderful. Is it just me or does this woman look a little like you!!!! I would love to take you to Jane's house. She has several of Jim's photos on a wall in the basement. She knows some of his subjects since she's from Bradleyville. Happy hooking!

Oh Dulcy, you're almost finished. I too, love the fox and your signature sun. I agree your hooking gets better and better. Keep drawing patterns girl.

I LOVE your hooked rugs and other items. Love the original art. Once I get the hang of my blog site, I'll be adding more of my original designs too. Good to see what you and Jim are doing. Thank you for your encouragement. Unfortunately my computer that had all of my pictures on it, is not booting up at the moment, and I don't have the money to take it in to the repair shop and don't know even then if they can restore the hard drive so I can save all my pics and information. drat.
Did you guys ever have a shot of the window I did for you that I might post? It is still in a door? or did you find another use for it?
Gotta keep our creative hearts beating, eh? I do love what you are doing, and I will get my little camera out to see about posting some shots.
